About the Sleeping Rooms & Rates: Each room has a beautiful view. They all have their own bathroom, and yukatas (Japanese bathrobes) are provided. Rates are based on double or single occupancy and include American or Japanese breakfast.

- Fridays and Saturdays are weekend rates, Sundays are weekday rates. Sundays are considered weekend rates if the following day is a holiday.
- Two or more night stays receive a 10% discount.
- A $10.00 rate increase per night applies during April and October peak seasons.
- There is a charge of $50.00 per additional guest per night.
- All rates are subject to county and state taxes.
- A 2 night stay minimum may be required for certain dates.
- We are closed on Thanksgiving and December 22nd-December 25th, and there are 2 night minimums beginning on December 26th and ending December 31st.

Please inquire about the rate of the Hiroma room (our meeting room) with Lisa, as the rate is based on the number of hours and type of service needed.
Day Trippers are $25.00 per Guest.
For Guests who want to "rough it", the cabin is also available for booking. However, the cabin is unavailable from mid-October to mid-April due to cold temperatures. The rate is $80.00 per night, double or single occupancy, and does not include breakfast. The rate for additional guests in the cabin is $40.00 per guest. Breakfast at the Guest house can be added at an extra charge. We prefer to book the cabin for repeat guests, as the experience is similar to camping - complete with old furniture, sleeping bags and an outhouse. Kids can enjoy fishing in the pond, seeing the peacocks and looking for crawfish in the creek.
All Guests have full use of the facilities such as the
Japanese baths, tennis court and hiking trails.

Retreat Guest Policies:
- Children are welcome! Children who require diapers are not permitted in the baths.
- Pets are not permitted inside the Retreat. However, we have our own kennel next to the Retreat where Guests may keep their dogs.
- No smoking is permitted inside the Retreat.
- Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Day Trippers are welcome to visit between the hours of 1:00pm and 4:00pm, and must also make reservations.
- For cancellations, your deposit minus a $10 administration fee will be refunded if you cancel at 48 hours or more. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
